The residence is located about 250 meters from the ski slopes and the center of the resort.
In summer, it is located near the leisure base offering many activities for the whole family.

Price includes:
- The rental of the accommodation for 7 nights, from the day of arrival from 4 pm to the day of departure at 10 am.
- Hot and cold water, heating, electricity.
The price does not include:
- The deposit : 300 €.
- The bed and bath linen (possibility of renting)
- The tourist tax of 0.75 € to 1.10 € per night per person (subject to change by the community). Free for children under 18 years.
- The bed linen and towels (possibility of rental)
- The end of stay cleaning (in case the accommodation is not left in perfect condition of cleanliness at the time of departure, the cleaning will be charged between 40 € and 70 € depending on the type of accommodation)
- The tax for animals 27 €/pet/stay. Some owners do not prefer to welcome animals in their accommodation, thank you kindly specify at the time of booking that you will be accompanied by an animal.
